Lemonada Media seeks a Digital Media Strategist and Planner to support the Sales team in driving revenue growth and executing best-in-class advertising partnerships. This role plays a critical part in developing proposals, managing sales materials, and ensuring smooth coordination between Lemonada’s sales, audience growth, and ad operations teams.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue, the Director, Digital Media Strategy and Planning will collaborate closely with internal teams to build thoughtful media plans, develop compelling proposals, and track campaign opportunities throughout the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about the podcast and digital audio space. Lemonada is looking for a candidate who enjoys working with data, building client-ready materials, and helping a sales team operate efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop customized media plans and proposals for prospective advertising partners across Lemonada’s podcast portfolio
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate client goals into effective advertising packages and campaign strategies
- Create and maintain proposal materials, including pricing, inventory availability, audience insights, and campaign recommendations
- Ensure proposals align with sales targets and revenue goals
- Support the creation of sales presentations and materials used in outreach and partnership development
- Support the sales team in preparing for key meetings, outreach initiatives, and account planning
- Partner with Ad Operations team to ensure smooth handoff and execution once deals are closed
- Assist the Ad Operations team in tracking campaign timelines, deliverables, and sponsor commitments
- Help ensure campaign details are clearly documented and communicated across teams
- Support reporting efforts by compiling performance data when needed
- Maintain and update rate cards, pricing frameworks, and standard proposal templates
Required Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in media sales planning, digital advertising, account support, or a similar role
- 5+ years of experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and pricing models
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
- Experience creating sales proposals, media plans, or advertising packages
- Familiarity with podcast advertising formats, CPM pricing, and sponsorship models (a plus)
- Enthusiasm for Lemonada’s shows, social content, mission, and values

Employment Logistics
This position is full-time. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. We also offer Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, Life and ST Disability Insurance, Medical and Dependent Care FSA, 401K and Flexible PTO to all full-time employees in addition to a generous holiday schedule, including 2 weeks of org-wide shared time off in December.
Desired Start Date: March 2026
Salary: $70,000-$88,000 depending on experience
Location: Flexible, Remote (US-based)
