Lemonada Media seeks a Senior Producer, Video to help lead and shape the visual future of our growing slate of podcasts. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who understands how to translate premium audio into compelling video experiences and is excited to help build shows from the ground up.
This person will oversee video production across multiple series, edit video episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro, and lead the creation of high-impact social cutdowns designed to expand audience reach and cultural impact. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the video podcasting landscape, strong editorial instincts, and a development mindset. We’re looking for someone who is excited not just to execute, but to help invent and evolve new formats alongside talent and the development team.
The Senior Producer will design and streamline end-to-end production workflows, establish clear documentation and standards, and create scalable best practices for video production to ensure consistency, efficiency and premium quality across our slate. This person should be equally comfortable solving hands-on technical challenges as they are driving creative ideation and shaping innovative video formats that elevate our shows and expand their reach.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead video production across select series within Lemonada’s podcast slate, guiding development and execution while ensuring high creative and technical standards.
- Edit video episodes using Adobe Premiere Pro, from assembly through final delivery.
- Create and supervise the creation of short-form cutdowns optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.
- Collaborate closely with hosts, producers and a development team to shape the visual identity of shows.
- Help conceptualize, pilot and refine new video-first podcast formats.
- Oversee post-production workflows, timelines and delivery across multiple projects.
- Provide editorial guidance and creative feedback to production staff.
- Identify opportunities to extend shows into new visual formats and platforms.
- Stay deeply plugged into trends and best practices across video podcasting and creator-led media.
- Serve as the primary point person for onboarding and setting up hosts and production team for video podcast production, ensuring professional-grade recording environments across in-studio and remote setups.
- Identify, evaluate and purchase audio/video equipment (cameras, mics, lighting, mixers, software) aligned with production needs and budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time during recordings, including audio, video, connectivity and platform integrations.
- Design, document, and streamline end-to-end production workflows from pre-production through post-production and distribution.
- Develop and implement best practices for video production, including file management, recording standards, lighting setups and remote protocols.
- Source and secure high-quality studio rentals in key production hubs across the country to support premium video recordings.
Required Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in video production, ideally in podcasting, digital media or unscripted content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Deep familiarity with the video podcasting ecosystem and creator landscape
- Strong experience creating compelling social video cutdowns that drive engagement and growth
- A strong visual storyteller with excellent editorial judgment
- Highly collaborative and energized by working closely with talent and creative teams
- Development-minded, with an instinct for identifying what makes a show visually distinctive and scalable
- Comfortable balancing hands-on editing with creative leadership
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience helping launch or scale video podcast franchises
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- Experience working directly with high-profile talent
- Experience building workflows and templates that scale across multiple shows

Employment Logistics
This position is full-time. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. We also offer Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, Life and ST Disability Insurance, Medical and Dependent Care FSA, 401K and Flexible PTO to all full-time employees in addition to a generous holiday schedule, including 2 weeks of org-wide shared time off in December.
This is a position covered under a collective bargaining agreement between Lemonada Media and the Writers Guild of America East.
Desired Start Date: March-April 2026
Salary: minimum annual salary of $107,000
Location: Remote (US-based); strong preference for New York or Los Angeles
