My true sister is on the pod today, bringing songs, looks, and a love for Great Britain to the Dylan Hour couch. It’s a proper turning of tables to be interviewing Cat, who — on top of being an iconic comedian, musician, and actress — hosts my favorite podcast, Seek Treatment. Cat and I dish about Edinburgh, which English region we’d like to retire to, and if she even likes any of the UK treats I brought for her, all while wearing the cutest matching outfits since Madeline.

The actress and comedian Sherry Cola sure knows how to live on the wild side, so I break out my most bad-girl outfit — a studded Ricky Martin t-shirt that’s giving punk band — for our convo. Get ready for fast-paced, fiery chitchat with one of the funniest in the biz, as we discuss Keanu Reeves, fistfights, and trying new things (like actually giving something up for Lent).

I feel so much kinship and connection in my conversation with Alok, and not just because they show up wielding one of my purses. The poet, model, comedian, and many-other-hyphenate brings their full self to The Dylan Hour — and also has a lot to share about me, including stories about the time I opened for them as a standup comic. Speaking of the stage, I find out all the holes in their musical theater knowledge, and I even choke down a less-than-appetizing drink so they’ll hold up their end of a Broadway deal. The drama runs high.

Oh, honey! I am blessed by the presence — and presents! — of the most glamorous girl in LA: the one and only Cosmo Queen of Melrose. After she gets me suited up in a custom outfit, she graciously teaches me her cool and confident ways, but you’ll have to tune in to see if little ol’ me ends up a charm school graduate. During our time together, I also get to hear all the wild stories behind her iconic clothing store and all the things that got her to where she is today, like her sobriety.

Who’s that tall, dark, and handsome guest gracing The Dylan Hour? Why, it’s the baddest cowboy themselves, E.R. Fightmaster! With the writer and actor on the premises, the studio transforms into the set of a Western, whiskey and all. We talk horse girls and horse bites, and reflect on everything from the old haunts of our Midwestern college days to the truly haunted drinks we used to consume. Saddle up!
